Role Description The Field Service Engineer role is a full-time, remote position. This role is responsible for servicing conveyor systems at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and providing technical support on system operation and repairs. The Field Service Engineer collaborates closely with customers to understand their needs, deliver effective solutions, and provide clear documentation of service activities.
