Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections as required.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to communicate product improvements and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Create and deliver training for customers on equipment use and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Skills and Tools Required:

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with software tools for diagnostics and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the West India region.
• Valid drivers license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
• Experience with specific equipment relevant to Stark Inc. s product line.
• Certifications in relevant technical fields are a plus.
