Field Service Engineer

Job Overview

FixMyFryer are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our experienced team as a Field Service Engineer and engage with our valued clients. The Primary Role will be assisting with Preventative Maintenance completion, however, other opportunities include troubleshooting and repair of appliances at various sites and the installation of new equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to travel, solve technical challenges on the spot, and make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance checks and perform repairs to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency
• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, diagnosing problems accurately and implementing effective solutions on-site
• Provide detailed documentation of service activities, including reports on repairs, inspections, and system performance

Experience

• Experience in Field Service or a similar support role
• Diagnostic or troubleshooting skills
• Communication skills to interact effectively with clients
• Work independently or with a team
• Technical certifications relevant to the industry are necessary
• Safe standards and procedures applicable to field service operations

Pay: £25.00-£30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Gas Safe Registration (preferred)
• CCCN1. COMCAT1,3&5 (preferred)
• CSCS (preferred)
