Field Service Engineer

A well-established manufacturing firm is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support their expanding operations.

Core Duties

• Perform installations of new equipment, execute routine maintenance tasks, and resolve mechanical or electrical malfunctions.
• Manage on-site service requests to diagnose and fix technical problems.
• Maintain clear communication with clients during service visits while providing detailed documentation of all findings and corrective actions taken.

Professional Qualifications

• Possess a technical degree or certificate in fields such as Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical systems, Automation, CNC/Machining, or Mechanical Technology.
• Demonstrate a robust mechanical aptitude to help the team better understand complex machinery operations.
• Maintain a foundational grasp of electrical and mechanical principles to assist in effective troubleshooting.
• Ability to accommodate a travel schedule spanning Monday through Friday.
