Field Service Engineer (Full-Time, On-Site | Singapore)

Are you passionate about solving problems, working hands-on with advanced equipment, and building strong customer relationships?
We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Singapore!

As part of our service team, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers by ensuring their instruments and equipment run smoothly through installation, training, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor equipment performance, analyse technical issues, identify root causes and implement effective and timely solutions to minimise equipment downtime and ensure system reliability.
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly and effectively, ensuring customers understand the problem, proposed solution and required actions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date service reports and documentation covering equipment installations, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting activities and other required records.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while demonstrating the company's commitment to quality, reliability and responsive technical support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HQ counterparts, to address diverse customer needs and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in engineering and project meetings by providing technical updates, field feedback, service insights and progress reports.
• Provide technical feedback to the Sales team by identifying customer requirements, potential solutions and opportunities for business development.
• Support emergency service activities when required to ensure continuity of customer operations.
• Perform other technical, service and project-related duties as assigned by the Company, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed accurately, promptly, and in accordance with requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Background in AMC/THC-related fields is an added advantage.
