Field Service Engineer

• Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of equipment/machinery.
• Diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot equipment efficiently.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Attend to customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of equipment.
• Explain equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures to customers.
• Prepare service reports and maintain records of site visits and repairs.
• Coordinate with the technical and service team for complex issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional relationships.
• Follow company safety procedures and service standards.
• Travel to different customer locations as required.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
