Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a CNC Service & Maintenance Technician with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The role involves attending customer sites across the UAE, performing preventive maintenance, and resolving breakdowns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults in CNC machines.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs on CNC lathes, milling machines, and machining centres.
• Troubleshoot CNC controllers, servo and spindle drives, motors, sensors, and control panels.
• Support machine installation, commissioning, alignment, and operational testing.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
• Identify required spare parts and coordinate with the service team.
• Prepare accurate service reports, maintenance records, and recommendations.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide basic guidance on machine care.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper handling of tools and company equipment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in CNC machine servicing and maintenance.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of PLC diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites across the UAE.
• Good spoken and written English.
• UAE/GCC service experience is preferred.
• Candidates available to join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
