Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Education: Bachelors in EE/EC
Role Summary:
Execute service work ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Identify new service business opportunities through close collaboration with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Resolve issues remotely or on-site (installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, retrofits)
- Customer Relations: Manage key accounts, spot sales opportunities, and coordinate with sales teams
- Materials: Ensure availability and quality of parts/equipment; return faulty spares to factory
- Documentation: Prepare customer-signed reports and ensure timely follow-up
- Safety: Ensure personal and team safety compliance
Must Have:
- 4+ years experience servicing Solar Inverters, Battery Converters, or Wind Converters
- Strong electrical knowledge and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, time management, and planning
- Valid driving license
- Available 24/7 and willing to travel 80%
- Fluent English; local language is a plus
