Field Service Engineer

About the role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for our clients' engineering equipment and systems. This is a full-time position based in Carmona Cavite, and will involve regular travel to customer sites within the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle permit and license applications, renewals, and compliance requirements with DENR, EMB, LLDA, and other related agencies.
• Assist in environmental compliance monitoring and ensure adherence to applicable environmental regulations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to identify and implement improvements.
• Document all service activities and maintain detailed records.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of engineering equipment and systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• With a Pollution Control Officer (PCO) certificate and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a PCO in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of permit and license applications, renewals, and regulatory compliance requirements with DENR, EMB, and LLDA.
• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience with a variety of engineering equipment and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work on-site at customer locations.
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Experience in semiconductor (SEMICON) equipment servicing is an advantage.
