Field Service Engineer

Qualification

• Engineering Related Course. Mechanical Engineering, EE are preferred
• Knows how to Drive (with valid Drivers License)
• with Passport
• Computer Literate
• Knowledgeable in Autocad or Solidworks
• Knows how to use measuring tools such as DMM, Calliper, Profile Projector, etc
• Should have experience with the test socket, particularly the pogo pin installation
• Willing to work on flexi time

Scope of Work

• Performed troubleshooting and repair of product issues at customer locations such as test sockets/pins, kits and handler.
• Support sales and project management with technical presentations, and demonstrations, of the engineering proposed for test sockets, pins, kit and handler.
• Provide assistance to field sales team by furnishing them with sales leads, latest drawings and specifications.
• Having an expertise for troubleshooting application issues and the control of various handlers (such as JHT, Delta Edge/Castle/Matrix, Hontech, Seiko Epson, ASM, ASA,Multitest, etc) and act as a technical resource for the project providing best practices to follow.
• Provide Post-Sales technical support to the company’s sales team and customers.
• Provide 3-D drawings, layouts, and renderings based on customers requirements and submit to principal and sales department for assessment and quote.
• Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application
• Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
• Provide design and specification development support to customers.
• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFQs/RFTs
• Listen, understand and convey customer requirements.
• Perform technical/ product training for sales people and customers at targeted accounts.
• Assist in providing key technical requirements in the design and development of new products and tools necessary to make target accounts comfortable and successful to the principal.
• Travel to project sites to preform start-up, integration, and training services
• Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
• Maintain professional business relationships within target accounts.
• Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects.
• To help identify customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growth.
