Join DeZURIK as a Field Service Engineer and play a critical role in helping customers across the globe keep essential water and industrial systems operating at their best.

What You'll Do

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the face of DeZURIK in the field, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting support, and customer-focused solutions on-site. You'll work with industry-leading valve and control products while partnering with customers, representatives, contractors, and internal teams to solve real-world challenges.

In This Role, You Will:

• Travel up to 70% of the time, both domestically and internationally, supporting customers across a wide range of industries.
• Perform installation support, troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and technical service on DeZURIK products.
• Analyze systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations that help customers optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to resolve technical issues and improve products.
• Deliver detailed service reports and technical documentation following each customer visit.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma plus a 2-year Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, including experience with electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and confidently make decisions in the field.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• A desire to travel and experience new locations while solving technical challenges.

DeZURIK offers a competitive hourly rate in the $35.00 to $42.00 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
