Job Title: Field Service Engineer – Installation & Setup Support

Eligibility Criteria

· Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics or related technical discipline

· 1–3 years of experience in Manufacturing / Field Service / EMS industry

· Basic exposure to equipment installation, assembly, or maintenance activities

· Good English communication skills (spoken & written)

· Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work in challenging environments

Key Technical Skills

· Basic understanding of:

o Electromechanical systems

o Electrical wiring & connections

o Mechanical assembly & alignment

· Knowledge of:

o Tool roll-in, positioning, and installation practices

o Utility connections:

§ Electrical power

§ Gas lines

§ Water / cooling systems

· Familiar with:

o Hand tools, torque tools, and basic measurement tools

o Safety standards and EHS practices

· Advantage:

o Exposure to semiconductor / industrial equipment installation

o Ability to read basic drawings, layouts, and schematics

Roles & Responsibilities

· Support tool roll-in, positioning, and installation activities at customer sites

· Perform cabling and connection of utilities (Electrical, Gas, Water, CDA, Exhaust)

· Assist in equipment setup, leveling, and alignment

· Follow installation procedures, checklists, and safety guidelines

· Support senior engineers during:

o Tool hookup

o Initial power-on

o Basic functional checks

· Ensure proper routing and securing of cables and utility lines

· Maintain installation logs, checklists, and documentation

· Adhere strictly to EHS & cleanroom protocols

· Demonstrate positive attitude, discipline, and readiness to work hard in project environments
