About Us

We are a growing machinery and semiconductor solutions provider in Malaysia since 2014, specializing in advanced semiconductor equipment from both international and local suppliers. To support our expansion, we are seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in Sarawak.

Key Responsibilities

Service Engineering

• Install, maintain, retrofit, and calibrate semiconductor machinery.
• Provide troubleshooting, corrective actions, and on-site repairs (including system testing)
• Deliver excellent after-sales support, technical assistance, and customer training.
• Prepare reports such as incident reports, machine buy-off documents, and SOPs.
• Work in cleanroom environments when required.[4]

Install & set up, maintain and upgrading equipment & tools

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment issues in a timely manner.

Record service activities, maintenance logs, buy-off report and parts usage.

The role involves frequent work inside cleanroom environments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 2–4 years of sales or service experience in semiconductor/electronics are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with semiconductor equipment (e.g., Oven, EFEM, Wet Process, Robot Arm) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English, Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
• To handle interactions with counterparts from both China & Taiwan.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Willing to travel locally/regionally and possess own transport.
