Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Cyclotron, PET/CT, CT, and Nuclear Medicine systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, fault diagnosis, and complex repairs across electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software components
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to restore system performance and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, technical reports, and compliance records.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

• 4-5+ years of Field Service Engineering experience.
• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience servicing Cyclotron systems in a radiopharmacy environment is strongly preferred.
• Alternatively, extensive hands-on experience with PET/CT, CT, or Nuclear Medicine systems.
• Strong ability to interpret electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Advanced troubleshooting, fault-finding, and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the Gauteng region, with occasional travel to other African countries.
