What they need
- Provide technical and field service support for Rasco semiconductor test handlers.
- Perform machine installation, setup, qualification, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, temperature-control, and software-related machine issues.
- Perform handler conversion, alignment, calibration, and machine optimization.
- Support customers during machine downtime and provide timely corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring equipment problems and recommend permanent corrective actions.
- Replace, repair, and evaluate defective machine components and assemblies.
- Prepare service reports, troubleshooting reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and other Field Service Engineers.
- Provide technical recommendations for machine upgrades, modifications, and improvements.
