Field Service Engineer - Semiconductor

• Working Hour: Monday to Friday
• Location: Woodlands
• Cleanroom Environment

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and service mechanical products and equipment at customer sites.
• Provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Perform fault finding, repairs, preventive maintenance and after-sales servicing.
• Diagnose and resolve service issues with minimal supervision.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the Team Leader or Technical Support team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Nitec or Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or any of related discipline.
• Able to perform standby duties and night shift as required.
