Field Service Engineer (Technical Customer Service)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform field service activities at customer sites, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex equipment.
• Install, commission, and upgrade equipment, while resolving installation and upgrade-related issues.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance schedules to minimize system downtime.
• Conduct customer orientation and technical training on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Prepare field service reports and maintain accurate documentation of customer support activities.
• Report recurring technical issues and provide feedback to the relevant support teams for continuous improvement.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM), Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work effectively under pressure.
• A good team player with a positive attitude and willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese(Chinese is required to liaise with the Technical Customer Service team and customers from China).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
