What they need
Location: Islandwide (Client Site Technician)
Working days: 5 days/week Working hours: 9am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and carry out testing for laser cutting and engraving machines.
- Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and repair works.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues at customer sites.
- Replace faulty components and carry out machine calibration when required.
- Provide basic operator training and technical support to customers.
- Prepare service reports and assist with workshop repair work as needed.
- Travel to customer locations across Singapore for service and support activities.
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of experience with industrial machinery, CNC systems, automation, or laser equipment will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel to customer sites as required.
