Service Manager | Industrial Compressed Air

Onsite/Field | Full-Time | Base + Bonus | Atlanta, GA (Southeast Territory)

Our client is an established, family-owned industrial company that has served manufacturers across the Southeast for decades, specializing in compressed air, blower, vacuum, and pump systems.

They are expanding their field service department and looking for a hands-on Service Manager who can lead a team of technicians, keep customers running, and grow the service business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and develop a team of field service technicians
• Service and troubleshoot air compressors in the field as needed
• Partner with outside sales to win and grow service accounts
• Manage service quotes, vendors, warranties, and scheduling
• Drive service revenue growth and improve margins

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years of compressed air field service experience
• Proven experience managing a team of technicians
• Track record of growing service business or supporting sales
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable with up to 90% travel
