Field Service Representative

About the Role : -

• We are looking for a Field Service Representative to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair support to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and equipment uptime.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Perform on-site installation, servicing, and repair of equipment/machinery
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions
• Conduct preventive maintenance visits as per schedule
• Maintain accurate service reports and customer records
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers
• Coordinate with the service team/office for spare parts and escalations
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during field visits
• Travel to customer sites within the assigned region as required

Requirements : -

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related field
• 1-4 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support
• Willingness to travel extensively within Coimbatore and surrounding areas
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driving license preferred
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
