Role Overview: Field Service Representative

This is a delivery-focused position responsible for transporting, delivering and collecting specialist medical equipment to and from hospitals across the local territory.

The role would suit someone with experience in delivery driving, furniture delivery, medical equipment logistics or a similar customer-facing environment.

  • Respond to additional customer orders and delivery requests throughout the shift
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, appearance and routine maintenance records

  • Participate in the on-call rota, approximately one week in four

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous delivery driving experience, ideally involving larger vehicles or box trucks
  • Experience delivering furniture, medical equipment or other large items would be advantageous
  • Comfortable driving for extended periods and navigating traffic across the local territory
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to perform the essential loading, unloading and equipment handling duties, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • A valid driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated
  • Ability to meet applicable DOT qualification requirements for the position, subject to applicable law
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Reliable, motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and follow established safety and quality procedures

Package:

  • Quarterly performance-related bonus of up to $750, subject to performance criteria
  • Overtime opportunities
  • Healthcare benefits
  • 401(k) retirement plan
