Field Service Scheduler & Client Support VA

Job Summary:
We're delighted to be adding a motivated and highly organized Customer Service & Dispatch Virtual Assistant to back our garage door service operations. The post turns on handling daily customer interactions, coordinating technicians, and looking after service schedules. The right person is dependable, detail-driven, and able to work solo in a remote setting while delivering excellent customer service without fail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and handle inbound customer calls about garage door services
• Gather accurate customer details and service needs
• Book appointments and confirm availability with customers
• Speak with field technicians over WhatsApp for job coordination
• Take in and work through service requests from advertising partners
• Assign jobs against technician availability, location, and skill set
• Key in and keep customer records in the GoHighLevel CRM system
• Watch technician schedules and sharpen routing efficiency
• Track job progress and send follow-up communications
• Answer customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Pitch in on daily dispatching and field operations support

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
• Proven record in customer service, call handling, or dispatch support
• Earlier record as a Virtual Assistant in a customer service or dispatch role
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
• Capacity to work effectively with remote teams and field technicians

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM, WhatsApp Business, and scheduling platforms
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Footing in service-based or field operations settings
