**Job Summary**

We are seeking a mechanically inclined and reliable **Field Service Technician** to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing spas-working on everything from plumbing and filtration to electrical and cabinet components.

**Responsibilities**

• Diagnose and repair spa issues, including plumbing, electrical, filtration, and cabinet systems
• Perform scheduled service calls and occasional spa deliveries using a company vehicle
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers to explain repairs and timelines
• Travel for service calls, including occasional overnight or weekend trips

**Qualifications**

• Mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills
• Clean driving record (required)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Flexible schedule for travel as needed
• Experience in spa or pool repair is a plus, but not required-**on-site training provided**
