About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Field Service Technician to maintain and service a network of helmet washing vending machines across multiple locations. This role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting, and ensuring machines remain clean, safe, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of machines.
• Refill cleaning solutions and test machine functionality.
• Identify and report technical issues, leaks, software errors, or vandalism.
• Carry out minor repairs and component replacements when required.
• Submit photo reports and maintenance records through mobile applications.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and surrounding areas.
• Provide basic customer support and respond to inquiries during on-call periods.
• Follow safety procedures when handling electrical systems, water systems, and cleaning chemicals.

Requirements

• Technical education or at least 1 year of maintenance/repair experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, pumps, filters, sensors, and water systems.
• Comfortable using smartphones and reporting applications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Professional communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between service locations.
