ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Field Service Technician, your role will be to carry out reactive and proactive servicing and repair of commercial cleaning equipment. The full scope of work will be conducted on-site at the client's location.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to ensure scheduled work is carried out to an excellent standard and completed on time
• Ensure clients are never let down and solutions are provided in the event of unexpected complications or when the need arises
• Repair work is carried out on client sites
• Required to assist with mobilizing and training on new contract starts

KEY SKILLS

• cleaning machines, pressure washers, engines, servicing, installing Clean Zero, operative training
