Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of dental equipment at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of dental equipment at clinics and hospitals.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
• Service and maintenance of dental chairs, compressors, handpieces, intraoral cameras, light cure units, scanners, and other dental equipment.
• Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Maintain service reports and records of repairs and spare parts used.
• Coordinate with the office and service team regarding pending complaints and requirements.
• Travel to customer locations when required.
• Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in servicing medical/dental equipment will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic troubleshooting.
• Ability to use basic tools and testing equipment.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Kerala.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.
