FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

About the role

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join SAFI Equipment and Services Pte Ltd. This is a full-time position based in the East Region. As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional on-site technical support and maintenance services to our valued clients. This role is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the reliable operation of equipment in the field. You will work independently and as part of a team, travelling to client locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment whilst delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Servicing and Maintenance to Fire Protection Systems.
• Installation and Troubleshooting of Fire Protection Systems.
• Need to travel and work at various parts of singapore (island wide).
• Able to converse with clients and issue service report upon job done.
• Attendance to Emergency Calls.
• Applicants without any experience are welcome as training will be provided.
• Work 5.5 days

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): able to work as a team and some knowleage in Electronic and Electrical field
• Must have Safety Coordinator Certification
• Full-Time position
• Possess of Driving Licence will be an added Advantage and additional benefits upon confirmation.
