Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment for our inhouse products. The ideal candidate will be proactive in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality service.
Job Description:
- Performing preventive maintenances, troubleshooting and repairs, installation works.
- Fill out inspection reports and keep records on services that have been performed
- Explain issues with product and repairs to customers
- Ensure that outstanding repair jobs are completed in a timely manner.
- Diagnose issues and troubleshoot technical problems effectively.
- Communication with internal teams and customers to ensure clarity on technical issues and progress.
- Any other duty assigned.
Requirements:
- Class 3 Driving License an advantage
- Prior working experience in technician would be of added advantage
- Team player with good discipline and work attitude
- Independent and resourceful
- Hands on work needed
- Training will be provided
