Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves traveling to job sites to inspect, diagnose, and repair a wide range of heavy machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on heavy equipment
• Operate and maintain a fully equipped field service truck
• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and hours worked
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain repairs and recommendations
• Maintain tools and equipment in clean, working order
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support other techs or shop staff when needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in equipment repair (ag, construction, diesel, or related industries preferred)
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostic skills
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions
• Basic computer or tablet skills for service logging
