Field Service Technician

An equipment supplier is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to support on-site service and maintenance of concrete equipment. This is a field-first role built around hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and delivering responsive service that drives long-term maintenance contracts. Core Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites nationwide to perform service and maintenance on batch silos

• Climb silos to perform filter changes, inspect and service pressure relief systems, and complete preventive maintenance

• Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and execute repairs safely and efficiently

• Build and maintain customer relationships with the goal of securing ongoing maintenance contracts

• Complete service documentation and reporting accurately and on time

• Participate in on-site training at the company’s Missouri facility

• Adapt as scope expands to include additional equipment over time

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to climb silos and work at height — core function of the role

• Comfort working in dusty, industrial field environments

• General mechanical/maintenance background with hands-on troubleshooting ability

• PLC experience

• Willingness to travel ~75%, including extended time away from home

• Must reside near Indianapolis

• Valid driver’s license with clean record
