FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

About the role

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for our clients' engineering equipment and systems. This is a full-time position and will involve regular travel to customer sites within the region.

Key responsibilities

• Performing inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of engineering equipment and systems
• Providing technical guidance and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products
• Documenting all service activities and maintaining detailed records
• Collaborating with the engineering and product teams to identify and implement improvements
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

About you

• Vocational Certificate, Higher Vocational Certificate, Diploma, or relevant technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Technology, or a related field.
• With 1 year of experience as a Field Service Technician is an advantage. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Experience with SEMICON equipment servicing is an advantage for this role.
• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience with a variety of engineering equipment and systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel regularly and work on-site at customer locations
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
