Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals
• Perform installation of related mechanical systems at customer sites
• Conduct routine maintenance
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout service visits
• Document all service activities accurately in reports and logs for future reference and quality assurance

Experience

• Proven service technician experience
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams
• Hands-on experience with installation, equipment repair, and maintenance operations (MRO) practices
• Construction experience or familiarity with mechanical systems repair is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various environments

Pay: $74,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
