Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, testing, and servicing of electronic security and low-voltage systems at client sites.

The position requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, good customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Field Service Technician ensures that all assigned systems are properly installed, operational, documented, and compliant with company and client requirements.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

The Field Service Technician should have knowledge or developing competency in:

• CCTV and IP camera systems
• DVR/NVR configuration and troubleshooting
• Basic networking and IP addressing
• PoE switches and network connectivity
• Intrusion alarm systems
• Alarm sensors and zone wiring
• Access control systems
• Door locks, exit buttons, and RFID/card readers
• Intercom systems
• Structured cabling and cable termination
• Basic electrical and electronic troubleshooting
• Use of testing instruments and hand tools
• System testing and commissioning
• Technical documentation and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Graduate of Electronics, Electrical, Information Technology, Computer Technology, or a related technical course.
• Vocational/technical graduates with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience

• Preferably with experience in CCTV, alarm, access control, networking, electrical/electronic systems, or other low-voltage systems.
• Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants with relevant technical knowledge may be considered.

Pay: Php14,300.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
