Field Service Technician

Job Summary

Pay Range: Salary of $50k - $90k (based on qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities

• Travel worldwide
• Install, troubleshoot and repair USA manufactured machines at customer facilities
• Support customer via work coordination and operator/maintenance trainings
• Precision alignment of equipment to customer process
• Verify and complete electrical and pneumatic connections
• Read and interpret detailed mechanical, electrical and pneumatic drawings
• Hand tool familiarity and use
• Industrial software use while interfacing with PLCs, AC and DC circuits, motors, drives, sensors and general controls devices
• Service, billing and expense reporting
• Physical ability to work safely in production environments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical certification and/or foreign language a plus
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving skill, attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to manage time for best workflow
• Safely lift up to 50 pounds, stoop, kneel, reach, and stand for extended periods while following safety guidelines.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
