Field Service Technician

CJR Renewables is expanding its technical team and is looking for a new colleague for the position of Service Technician , who will contribute to our renewable energy projects.

The activity will be carried out at CJR Renewables' projects in Ghimpați and Iepurești, Giurgiu County . For employees based in Bucharest and Ilfov, transportation to and from the work locations is provided by the company.

As a Service Technician at CJR Renewables , your main responsibilities will include:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment within photovoltaic plants;
• identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical faults and equipment malfunctions;
• carry out and follow up on work orders and technical interventions, in accordance with established procedures and requirements;
• inspect and monitor equipment operation, helping ensure that systems operate within the required parameters;
• manage the spare parts, materials, tools, and equipment required for maintenance and intervention activities;
• collaborate with the technical team and other departments to identify and resolve issues encountered on site;
• carry out interventions in compliance with technical procedures and Quality, Safety and Environmental (QSA) standards;
• actively contribute to incident prevention and maintaining a safe working environment, in line with the company's Zero Accidents policy.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience is not mandatory. We are looking for candidates with a technical background and an interest in developing a career in the renewable energy sector; previous experience in a technical role is considered an advantage;
• availability for field work and travel;
• ANRE IIB and/or IIIB authorization is considered an advantage but is not mandatory;
• ability to work safely and follow technical procedures;
• reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
