Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of appliances, including kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical systems.
• Install new appliances and mechanical systems according to schematics, technical manuals, and safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R units, refrigeration systems, and mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings to accurately troubleshoot issues.
• Operate company vehicles safely to reach customer sites promptly while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining repairs, maintenance procedures, and system operation to clients.
• Document all service activities thoroughly in logs and reports for future reference and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals efficiently.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment maintenance, and appliance installation.
• Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology trends and best practices in maintenance operations (MRO).
• Ability to operate construction tools or equipment related to appliance or system installation when necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or lead small teams when required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles safely.

Pay: $28.36 - $34.75 per hour
