Field Service Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for our equipment and systems at various client locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, with hands-on experience. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in diverse environments.

Duties

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems, including low voltage applications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their equipment needs and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during each visit.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while working on-site.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of electrical systems is preferred. We are willing to train willing candidates.
• Familiarity with tools such as ammeters for diagnosing electrical issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the job.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
