Field Service Technician

Grande H2O owns and operates water refill machines that are typically placed at grocery stores throughout Texas. We are an entrepreneur-minded team who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new to handle. Our purpose is to support the communities we operate in with purified water at the best value!

We want to add a field technician to service new machines in the south Texas region. Key responsibilities include daily visits to our water refill machines to perform service and routine maintenance plus occasional weekend visits to machines. We provide full training on the machines, and want someone who has a good customer service personality.

We have flexible scheduling hours for days on, but applicants must be willing to work weekends and have “on call” periods. The typical work week is 30 hours, depending on the water selling season.

Qualifications:

· Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule. Typical work days are Mon-Fri with on call period during the weekend.

· Good communication and diagnostic skills

· Good customer service skills and ability to talk with store managers and water customers

· Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending and working in confined spaces

· Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment

· Experience with basic hand, power and diagnostic tools

· Ability to work independently without direct supervision

· Driver’s license with clean driving record

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
