Field Service Technician / Installation

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing installation, maintenance, and repair on Fitness equipment. This role requires mechanical knowledge, the ability to read schematics, and hands-on experience in equipment repair.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install Fitness and related equipment at customer locations.
• Provide timely and effective service to customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
• Diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions effectively.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and operational functions.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service details, timelines, and recommendations for future maintenance.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various types of equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience operating a box truck for transportation to job sites is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
