Field Services Consultant

Jellis Craig Ballarat are looking for a confident individual to join our quickly expanding department – you will pride yourself on your immaculate presentation, attention to detail and have a dedicated customer focus. 

Our Field Service Consultants are the face of the property management department and you will be assisting in the successful leasing and management of investments for our growing base of clients.

This role suits a real "people person", you will love talking to people to understand their needs and have a genuine desire to help them!

Our team is focused on providing exemplary service, priding ourselves on a collaborative, supportive and open minded culture in which our property managers and field service consultants are always looking for ways to add value to the customer experience.  

The role will include conducting open for inspections, liaising with prospective renters/clients, managing rental enquires/applications, assisting with property reporting and preparation for tenancies. Further responsibilities will include day to day assistance for our property management team.

This role has clear career pathways to property management and we pride ourselves on developing exceptional property management professionals!

To be considered for this position, you will have undertaken a Cert IV in Property Services or be willing to prior to commencement - Please outline this in your cover letter.

This position does not require prior real estate experience and we welcome applicants with customer service experience and a desire to enter real estate as a long term career!
