Field Services Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer with 0 to 2 years of experience to visit petrol pumps/retail outlets and maintain, repair, install, and troubleshoot equipment such as fuel dispensers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field services engineering.

Roles and Responsibility

• Maintain and repair fuel dispensers and other equipment at retail outlets.
• Troubleshoot issues with fuel dispensers and provide technical support.
• Install new fuel dispensers and ensure proper functioning.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field services engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fuel dispensers and other equipment used at retail outlets.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
