Field Services Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a capable Field Service Engineer to deliver end-to-end on-site technical support for our airport ground support equipment (GSE) and boarding bridge projects worldwide. This role involves long-term domestic and overseas on-site work, covering equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, customer training and technical coordination. The ideal candidate will support international project delivery and maintain high-quality customer relationships in cross-cultural scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct full on-site technical services for airport boarding bridges and GSE projects, including field installation, commissioning, routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure stable equipment operation.

2. Deliver professional operational and maintenance training to on-site clients and equipment operators, standardizing usage procedures and improving customer experience.

3. Lead small on-site teams to handle daily technical work, rapidly resolve on-site faults and emergencies, and coordinate internal company resources to solve complex technical issues.

4. Maintain continuous communication with global clients, follow up project demands, support pre-sales bidding and technical review, and assist in new business development.

5. Complete standardized on-site work records and technical service reports, and timely synchronize project progress, site conditions and customer feedback to internal departments.

Job Location:

Based in Shenzhen, China. This role requires frequent long-term overseas assignments across Europe, North Africa and global airport project sites.
