What they need
3+ years IT/Field Support experience, preferably in manufacturing environments.
Hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals and Smart Hands .
Strong Windows/Linux/Mac troubleshooting and Microsoft 365/Office support.
Good knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP, routers, switches and firewalls .
Experience with MDM, VDI, SCCM/LANDesk/Altiris, AV/VoIP and Apple devices .
Handle ServiceNow incidents/SRQs, SLA, documentation and customer support .
