Field Service Engineer – Full Time

Job Summary

Seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service water treatment systems at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on water treatment equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation issues.
• Service systems including RO, UV, EDI, filtration, ion exchange, ozone, and pure steam.
• Support system start-up, commissioning, and testing.
• Read P&IDs, electrical diagrams, and system documentation.
• Maintain service records and customer reports.
• Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel regionally and occasionally across North America.

Requirements

• 5+ years of electro-mechanical equipment/system maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of electrical controls and instrumentation experience.
• Experience in water treatment systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel as required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working flexible hours and handling physical equipment.
