Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical cares for clients, including installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Strive to get up-to-date technical skills and knowledge to keep pace with industry advancements.
- Communicate effectively with clients and JP headquarter to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist in planning and executing field service projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Work closely with technical team in Japan to provide high-end services with clients.
- Other Ad-hoc duties if assigned by managements.
Required Skills
- Must Degree Education and above
- Exp: Min 2 years of experience of related working experience
