🔹 About the Role

Ubiqedge Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment at client sites.

Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in installation and commissioning will be preferred.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Install, configure, and test equipment and systems at customer locations.
• Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine inspections, identify faults, and carry out necessary repairs.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment-related technical issues.
• Customer Support: Assist customers with product usage, technical queries, and operational guidance.
• Site Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Field Visits: Travel to customer sites and work in different environments as required.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• 🎓 ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
• ⚙️ Basic understanding of electrical/electronic hardware and technical tools.
• 🧠 Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• 💬 Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• 🚗 Willingness to travel to client locations and work in field environments.
• 🌱 Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

🕒 Work Schedule

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

⏰ Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
