Job Purpose

The Multi-Site Field Coordinator will act as the operational bridge between headquarters, field operations, and clients across multiple project sites in the UAE. This role involves conducting systematic site audits, managing worker welfare and site safety, monitoring project timelines, and gathering real-time field intelligence to support both Operations and Marketing/Business Development departments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Site Inspections & Operations Audit

• Plan and execute a continuous, structured field visit schedule to cover all 120+ sites periodically.
• Inspect day-to-day site conditions, work environment, and operational efficiency, working alongside dedicated on-site supervisors.
• Monitor project lifecycle stages to identify sites nearing completion or projects where manpower demands are ramping down/up.
• Compile clear, factual, and actionable field reports for management following each visit.

2. Workforce Welfare & Safety Compliance

• Evaluate site-level Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices to ensure manpower complies with UAE labor laws and client safety protocols.
• Conduct welfare checks on deployed personnel, addressing field-level grievances, living condition feedback, or site disputes promptly.
• Verify attendance, uniform/PPE compliance, and proper site deployment of company workers.

3. Client Liaison & Operations-Marketing Synergy

• Interact with client representatives and main contractors on-site to gauge overall client satisfaction.
• Serve as an early-warning system for management regarding upcoming manpower reductions, scope changes, or contract extensions.
• Coordinate with the Marketing/Sales team to identify new manpower supply opportunities or expansion possibilities on existing sites.
• Relay field intelligence back to operations to facilitate smooth demobilization or reallocation of manpower to other active sites.

4. Incident Management & Reporting

• Act as a direct point of contact for emergency site issues, escalated disputes, or serious safety violations.
• Maintain digital logs of site visits, site issues, resolution timelines, and key client feedback using operational software/spreadsheets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3–4 years of experience in site coordination, operations supervision, field auditing, or manpower management (preferably in the UAE construction or facility management sector).
• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory (Arabic or Urdu is a plus). Excellent verbal communication and report-writing skills are essential.
• Driver's License: Valid UAE Manual/Automatic Driving License is required (a company vehicle will be provided or fuel allowance arranged).
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
