Field Solutions Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Field Solutions Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will partner closely with healthcare executives, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to shape tailored solutions that address workflow challenges and business needs. The position is focused on translating complex healthcare use cases into clear, compelling demonstrations and solution strategies that support deal progression. It also plays a key role in identifying risks early, building credibility with clients, and helping position AI-enabled capabilities in a way that resonates with provider and payer organizations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $133,200 – $180,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with healthcare executives to assess workflows and pain points.
• Map client requirements to actionable use cases for the platform.
• Identify potential solution risks and validate them early in the process.
• Deliver engaging custom demonstrations showcasing care delivery use cases.
• Facilitate studio experiences to make AI capabilities relatable for clients.
• Co-create customized solution blueprints and Points of View for deals.
• Collaborate on client-specific business cases and respond to technical queries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare solution engineering or consulting.
• Deep knowledge of provider/payer economics and health systems.
• Ability to engage with executives across clinical and technical spectrums.
• Experience in enterprise sales cycles with custom strategy development.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to convey complex concepts.
