Field Source Sales

• Actively generate sales using various customer acquisition methods including door-to-door sales, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Identify, approach, and develop strong sales prospects within assigned territories.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Drive revenue growth by successfully closing sales deals.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales performance and exit reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Proactively set personal sales goals and implement strategic action plans to achieve them.
• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
