What they need
Job Descriptions :
- Assign daily task for harvesting & maintenance mandore
- Involved in daily supervising a group of general workers
- Ensure the workers under his supervision comply with safety policy & MSPO standard of procedures
- Responsible in job inspection for harvesting standard and quality
- Monitor and supervise harvesting interval
- Spot check grading at platform
- Responsible for other duties as directed by the immediate superior by time
Job Requirements :
- Possess a minimum of SPM or Certificate in Agriculture or any relevant field
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written) and computer literate
- Preferably has working experience as Field Supervisor in Oil Palm Plantation
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with leadership
- Ability to manage a large number of workers
- Can handle pressure and meet tight datelines
